Getting Started Guide

Getting started with Fetch It! is simple:

  1. Download - Get Fetch It! from the Microsoft Store or our website
  2. Log In with GoPro - Click "Log In with GoPro" in the app to authenticate securely
  3. Start Fetching - Configure your download settings and click "Start Fetching"

Connection Troubleshooting

Can't connect to GoPro? Try these steps:

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
  • Check that you're logged into GoPro.com in your browser
  • Try logging out and back in within Fetch It!
  • Disable any VPN or proxy services temporarily
  • Check if GoPro's services are experiencing downtime

License Activation

Activating your Pro license:

  1. Open Fetch It! and go to Settings
  2. Click "Upgrade to Pro" or "Enter License Key"
  3. Complete the purchase through the secure checkout
  4. Your license activates automatically on the same device

Transferring your license: Licenses are tied to your Microsoft account. Simply install Fetch It! on your new device and sign in with the same Microsoft account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my GoPro password safe?

Yes. Fetch It! never sees or stores your password. Authentication happens directly through GoPro's secure login page.

What file formats are supported?

Fetch It! downloads all media formats from your GoPro cloud including MP4, JPG, and RAW files.

Can I use Fetch It! on Mac?

A macOS version is currently in development. Join our newsletter to be notified when it launches.

Beta Access Instructions

Join the Found it! Beta:

  1. Visit the Found it! page and join the waitlist
  2. You'll receive an email invitation when a spot opens up
  3. Follow the link in the email to join the Google Play beta program
  4. Download Found it! from the Play Store

Beta software may contain bugs. Your feedback helps us improve!

How to Index Your Items

Scanning and indexing your inventory:

  1. Open Found it! and tap "New Scan"
  2. Take a clear photo of your shelf, drawer, or storage area
  3. AI will automatically detect and label items
  4. Review and edit labels as needed
  5. Assign a location name (e.g., "Garage Shelf 1")

Tips for best results: Good lighting, minimal clutter, and straight-on angles help AI detection accuracy.

Supported Devices

Found it! Requirements:

  • Android 10.0 or higher
  • Minimum 4GB RAM recommended
  • Camera with autofocus
  • Internet connection for AI processing
