Fetch It!: We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the software strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Found It!: Beta versions are provided for testing purposes "as-is" and may contain bugs.

3. Disclaimer

Our software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We are not affiliated with GoPro, Inc. "GoPro" is a trademark of GoPro, Inc.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Knight Tech Studios be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the software.
